Empire sent Adam to my house to discuss carpet for my stairs and hallway. I have 2 dogs and he gave me several options that would provide great protection. There wasn’t any pressure to push me be make an immediate decision. It was s pleasure working with Adam.
Adam, the carpeting consultant that came out, was great. Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Excited to get the carpeting installed next week and see what it looks like completed!
