Mr Gregory Weber was our flooring consultant. He was very attentive to detail and explained very well the process of installation and the products. I am very pleased with my decision based on his thorough assessment.
The technicians who installed the carpet were very professional and the process was flawless. All my furniture moved and returned to the original places without problems, your technician’s are amazing.
Lon came out and did a great job walking me through the product line and process. He made the whole set up process easy and got me scheduled for a real replacement carpet in the master bedroom. He had a great friendly personality and explained everything in good detail. Very happy to have had him take care of me on my carpet needs.
Edward Bidwell was our flooring consultant and I enjoyed the short time I had with him during our appointment. He was punctual, efficient, and easy to talk to.
Overall, I will say that my experience with the flooring consultation went well as my questions were all answered, and I felt educated in the product I was about to purchase.
I think Empire is a bit more on the pricier side than what my expectations were going into the consultation, but anything that is of higher quality is worth the price if you have a company that stands by their product and cares about the satisfaction of a customer.
