“Gilberto and his crew did an outstanding job framing our lower level. Our project is to add 1100 sq ft, below grade with a bedroom, full bath and great room, with full city permits along with inspections required, in our currently unfinished basement. There were a significant number of obsticals, which were all discussed prior to starting our project. Communication was outstanding at all times and the process unfolded exactly as explained. We were out of town while G&A framed the project. We came home to a clean worksite with the crew being done. We have passed city inspections with no exceptions. Our electrician and also our HVAC contractor both made comment as to the quality of the work provided by G&A along with the excellent framing wood provided by them. We don't think a higher compliment can be made, when the other trades on our job inquire as who the framer we used was so they have a new company in their network to call upon. Do not hesitate in hiring G&A.... They are pro's!!!!!“
