I was referred to Basement Specialists by a neighbor who used their services and were very pleased. I contacted them to disccuss our problem. A gentlemen named Lyle responded quickly and spent quite a bit of time discussing our issue. Unfortunately, they did not to they type of repair we needed, but were very helpful in educating me about what needed to be done. You can't ask for better service than this.

Some contractors might pressured us into to expensive fixes. He responded after normal working hours and asked questions to understand the situation, then helped us understand what we needed to do to remediate. Excellent service.
