After a hail storm followed the next day by massive rain, we had a bad leak come down into the house. We assumed a roof plank or two got damaged, so we called CPS. Caleb came out to investigate and provide a repair quote. He went up on the roof and found no roof damage, but a large leaf damn not visible from the ground that had backed up into a gap in the flashing. He took my leaf blower up there (this is a steep roof) and cleared the damn. Then he caulked the gap on the spot. When he finished, I asked how much I owed. Caleb and his crew did a great job providing a detailed quote with pictures. When they came out, they were able to get everything done in one day with multiple people on the crew repairing the shingles, cleaning and adding the preservation treatment to them.
Highly recommend for anyone that is looking to have their cedar roof repaired and last a long time with the treatment.
