They listen when answering the phone… like they have the time to listen and then assign technicians and pass along clear data about customer issue… always a good starting point. They provided same day response and the assigned technician called me 25 minutes in advance to confirm appointment and that someone would be on site. David came to the door with all his tools and reconfirmed issue with heating system, then started checks on the system, then he thoroughly checked out the controls, pumps and boiler operation and found an error code coming up. I had an excellent experience with Burant Heating & Air Conditioning. David came out to help me when my basement was flooded, and I needed a new hot water heater and furnace. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful in my home. He made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions and keeping me updated on the work. Not only did he get everything installed quickly, but he also cleaned everything up afterward so it looked better than when he started. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the peace of mind he gave me during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!
I always look to a review and check before I hire a business. Honestly, I want to see if the reviews are real and truly understand how a business will treat me, especially if there ever is an issue. With that in mind, I thought it would be time to write one for Burant Heating.
I had them originally at a previous house for service and maintenance. When I moved to a new home for me, they came with it. Now working with them for two homes and over 12 years, I have found them to be a wonderful partner in not only maintaining my HVAC but also in helping create a plan for the best fit for new devices.
