I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the service I received from your company on 7/7/2025 technician, Tim, exhibited unprofessional conduct and a significant lack of expertise.
His appearance and demeanor suggested a lack of preparedness for work. Furthermore, video evidence clearly shows him neglecting his duties; he failed to inspect the HVAC/AC unit, inaccurately reported that my water source was off, and spent a considerable amount of time engaged in personal activities instead of performing the required service.
I contacted the owner to report this unacceptable behavior, and while initially receptive, their subsequent decision to support the technician’s actions was deeply disappointing. Their subsequent comments regarding my lack of technical knowledge were unprofessional and disrespectful.
This experience represents a significant departure from the standards of professionalism I expect from someone who has been in business for this long. Sad we live in a world where men think it’s decent to treat women this way.

Wow! Talk about service! 5 stars, for sure. I woke to no heat a few mornings ago, didn't know where to start, as I live in a rural area and am not familiar with the contractors in my area. So, I called Brothers Consolidated. Keep in mind that we were in the midst of an ice & snowstorm, and that I live in Dodge Co. They had a service tech out to my home (a 55-mile drive one way in that weather!) within 5 hours of my call. The service tech, Nathan, was amazing! So unassuming and polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He got to the root of the problem quickly and had the right part in his van to fix the ignitor, and I had heat again. Even though my home is a mobile home, it did not cause him any complications. I couldn't have been more impressed or relieved! I would highly recommend this contractor for any of your heating or cooling needs. Thank you for a great experience & for your great work!

Called Brothers Consolidated HVAC because my AC decided to stop working a day before 100 degree temps. Rather than a delay in coming out, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they'd be out first thing in the morning. Bob showed up and had it fixed in 1/2 an hour. He explained what he was doing and why. The sound of the AC turning on was music to my ears. Thanks Brother's! Your service was great! Highly recommend to anyone who needs good and detailed service.
