We have used Valia for 20 years and will continue for 20 more!
On the day after Thanksgiving, our septic alarm alerted at about 4:30AM. We were able to silence it and we left a message for Lindsay at 6:30AM. Randy was at our house by 10:00AM and took care of the problem (the sensor had dropped into liquid). Randy re-secured the sensor on the PVC pipe.

Great service. Pleasant people. Even though we were new customers, they came right out to help with an alarm. When the alarm recurred a few weeks later, we had a new pump in just a couple of days. Highly recommend. We are converts to Valia!

Valia is FANTASTIC to work with! My mother had used them for years for septic maintenance & always raved about them. Now I have experienced that same service since dealing with selling her estate after her death. During inspection after accepting a bid on the house, the septic inspection failed & the septic field had to be replaced as a contingent for the house to sell, but couldn’t be done until spring. Lindsay was absolutely fantastic-extremely knowledgeable, well versed, professional, thorough & very personable through the whole process from when the house sold in February through mid May when all could be finished after the winter thaw.
