I want to give a huge shoutout to Lisa Nett at Dean Health Group in Fort Atkinson. On the morning of May 1st, she went above and beyond to help me navigate a last-minute insurance change. Despite not having my updated card, Lisa took the time to look into my coverage and helped me reschedule my appointment so I could verify everything with my provider. My first appointment with Dr. Drummond far exceeded my expectations. He and his nursing staff (Sara) were very thorough and kind, spent time answering all my questions, and Dr Drummond offered detailed follow up care options and instructions.
