The office space is pleasant & comfy + all the Rock River staff are patient centered, professional, & friendly. Dr Melissa & Kathy addressed my dental anxiety with empathy, comfort measures, & reassurance :) ❤️

What a great place, and staff. We’ve gone for years, and have become good friends with the staff. I’m 79 now, and, happy to note, I still have teeth to clean. Between open mouth and the work done, we hurriedly exchanged news, stories, laughs, and an occasional sniffing. We hug necks and look forward to “next time.” As I was about to leave, I heard a little voice in the room I was just in. I walked back and peered in to watch Natalie with a 5-year old [all by himself], happily chatting and agreeing with the next step; the beginning of a life long friendship. We have no desire to look further.

First conversation was with the most pleasant receptionist I have spoken to in a long time! I had same day service, which i was not expecting and that team was awesome as well. If you don't have insurance their membership option is genius.
