The bathroom faucet at our shop has been fixed many, many times and it finally got to the point where we just needed to replace it. It was on Chuck's never ending to-list. Drew happened to stop for some routine vehicle maintenance and I inquired as to what it would take to resolve our leaking faucet. He took a peek, made a phone call and said he would stop by the following week. When they stopped back the following week, they were in and out efficiently, kept their work area clean and we had zero interruptions to our workflow.
