I’ve been taking my dog here for 6 years now and have never been disappointed. Jeanne Is very friendly and always returns my calls within 24 hours to make an appointment. My dog has very bad anxiety and she has never had an issue with him. I’m glad I can trust her with my dogs grooming needs, and for a great price!

Jeannie is an awesome pet groomer! My dog Jupiter does not like many people, but she is one that he likes. I am never disappointed with his grooming!!!! I recommend this pet salon is you want your pet to look his/her best!!!!!!

First appointment, Jeanie cancelled the day before because she slipped on ice and hurt herself. Ok, I understand and I re-scheduled.Second appointment she groomed both my Shih Tzu pups and she did an awesome job.Third appointment I went to drop the pups off and she wasn't there. She called an hour later, apologized and said her car wouldn't start. I couldn't return because I took my lunch to drop them off.She couldn't call me before I left? Coincidence? I don't know, but seems unreliable.

My appointment was cancelled when I arrived because we didnt have vaccination records on hand, which we weren't told to bring. I received no apology and was just told to reschedule. When we tried to reschedule she never answered the phone or called us back. Definitely a waste of our time.
