wore my new glasses about 10 days out of 45 . had to take back to store 3 times , and they were sent in twice to the company that made them , which took 2 weeks to get back each time , so that means 4 weeks without them . now they wrecked my frames by putting a silver screw in black frames at the store , now they look broken !! person there said, nothing they can do about the silver screw in the frame . since they broke them they should fix them correctly or replace !!! will not go back to this store, or any Wisconsin Vision !!!UPDATE- store contacted me . Bought new pair of glasses here . Had to have them sent back to company that made them for the lens falling out . Got back 2 weeks later. Then the lens were fogging up in light , sent them back to company. Got them back 2 weeks later . Still fogging up,so the employees decided to try and fix them . They damaged the frames. New glass frames I wore for maybe 10 days of 40 days are junk !!! Asked for new frames to replace damaged one , they damaged , was told can't do that . So I have new all black frames with one silver screw in it . UPDATE- store contacted me and they are getting me new glasses, no charge!! Only giving it 4 stars because of all the times I went back and forth to the store to get the original glasses fixed !!

I actually had fun getting glasses Andrea was awesome and made me laugh a lot. All the staff were friendly and fun. Plus only took a week for me to get my glasses in. Last time in Racine took well over a month. Great crew at this location.
