I went to Shopko Optical for the very first time a couple of weeks ago. I had an excellent experience!! Kasandra was the optician that worked with me and she was GREAT!! Kasandra was very professional and very knowledgeable, she thoroughly explained everything and really took her time with me and didn’t rush me(I just loved that) she gave me her opinion when I asked for it when I was picking out glasses, she was a very sweet young lady! I ordered my glasses and they came in, in less than a week! I love them! I really liked this place and had great service and will definitely continue to buy my glasses here!!
Thanks a million to Libby for fixing my daughters glasses late this evening. The entire staff were so kind and understanding but she really went above and beyond to make them wearable. Definitely recommend!!!
