I had to come in after a stay the night previous. Per medical recommendation I was advised to come back if my symptoms worsened or newer developed. Upon intake I was in the middle of fighting a panic attack and dealing with my symptoms that were creating fear. The intake nurse asked for my symptoms and I asked her to read the notes from the night before and she asked me to just give her symptoms. I was able to write things better than I could speak and needed to relay what was further going on. The nurse looked at my notes and all that was written per staff was I came in for a headache.
