Erica Huettl is an absolutely phenomenal realtor! Not only were her walkthroughs comprehensive, but she also took the time to get to know me as a person. On several occasions she made insightful recommendations, but didn’t overstepped her bounds by pushing her opinions on me. I never once thought she had any agenda other than finding the best fit for me. Erica is exceptionally intelligent and capable. You really won’t find a better advocate or human being better than her!
