This place is such a much needed resource for inner peace and healing. The instructors and practitioners are kind and nurturing, from their energy work and massage practitioners to the yoga, Tai Chi and meditation classes, there is something for everyone. The new location on south main street ( in the FDL Foundation Building) has a nature area in back and is peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend Michael, Ken and Bonny, and all the other wonderful staff.

The Center has been an on-going source of healing, education, and inspiration for me for the past 20 years. It is a gem in the "center" of downtown Fond du Lac. I am grateful for it's presence in the community and beyond.

I have been going to the Center for Spirituality and Healing for four years to receive all my Hatha Yoga and meditation learning needs. All of the instructors are genuine and down-to-earth making me feel comfortable in every class I attend. If you are interested in learning about yoga and/or yoga philosophy, this place is great because of the gentle pacing of the class and individualized instruction the teachers give. If you are well-practiced it is also a great choice because they will suggest appropriate challenges for your growth. No matter your experience level, you will leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and ready for the world!
