Place is horrible! Long wait times, unorganized, slow with everything! They screwed up my glasses prescription. It wasn’t even my prescription, it was another patient’s.

Because I haven’t had appointment for a while he denied me eye drops that I need so my eye pressures do not go up. I think that’s not what Eye Dr should do. He should think about the patient first.

There's always that one rude employee at every business.... this place is no exception not once but twice I was in there and she made it uncomfortable everytime.... before that i never had a problem and I've been going there for years.... you know who you are.

I was really frustrated and disappointed today to go and pick up my Ray Ban prescription sunglasses only to discover they were regular prescription glasses—not sunglasses. Two weeks ago I went to go pick up the same sunglasses and the entire sunglass lens was my reading prescription, clearly not going to work for driving or regular life. It has therefore been a month and two tries and I’ve decided to go elsewhere. I have no idea how things can get that misunderstood twice. I was looking at Ray Ban sunglasses. I wanted them to be reading prescription progressives. No line. Seems easy enough. Both helpers each time I went seemed to understand and everyone was nice enough, but something was missed….I really dislike giving a bad review but slow down and get it right.

This is the best eye exam experience I've ever had! Dr. Cortney is so nice and knowledgable, and the staff is very professional. Thanks for becoming our family's vision center!

Such a bummer for what used to be a solidly 5 star experience. Been a patient for over 20 years and within the past year or so phone calls go unreturned and prescriptions come in flat out wrong. Multiple people in my family are having the same experience and it is sad, but if I want to be treated like a number and have calls go unreturned I may as well go to a big box. I will continue to see my doctor here, because he is fabulous and they take my insurance, but I will think twice before ordering my glasses or contacts here again especially when I am not using my insurance to get them. Also, paying extra for a warranty on a pair of $1000+ glasses is ridiculous, this used to be included.

I LOVE this place!! I have been coming here for 8 years now and they are simply the best! I live around an hour away and travel to see them because the service I receive is outstanding! The knowledge every person has working there is amazing and they really have your best interest in everything they do. I highly recommend them! ☺️
