I used to go to dental associates as a kid and came back as an adult and schedule with Dr. Cailyn Lloyd. She was absolutely amazing!! At my exam I had some cavities that needed to be filled. Had the first one filled today and was extremely anxious. I didn’t even feel the needle, she filled two cavities in less than an hour and asked if I was okay during the entire process. I went into the appointment not knowing what to expect and being heavily anxious. I left feeling extremely well and understood. I would 100% recommend her and will be going back to her from now on!!
The staff has been very helpful and friendly and patient. My son needs to be seen urgently and we got an appointment as a new patient the very same day. It was determined that he needed a minor procedure to reduce further damage and we got an appointment for the next week.
Once we got into the exam room, my son's medical anxiety creeped in on us and he had a pretty big meltdown. The dentist and his assistants were very patient and accommodating, despite the stressful situation and the time it took. The dentist and entire staff are always friendly and welcoming. I transferred my records from Midwest Dental and it's the best decision I've made. Dental Associates is wonderful.
