My fiance and I were first time home buyers in Fond du Lac and Christine Dietsch was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. We were unfamilair with not only home buying but the entire area that we were moving to, so it was great to receive solid information and guidance that directed us to a very successful decision. She and her team were very communicative with us and we were treated with nothing but respect. As a young couple with no experience purchasing a home, it was incredible to become educated without feeling belittled. Christine addressed all of our questions and concerns thoughtfully and thoroughly. She also makes a website portal available to her clients which provides direct access to all necessary information concerning the home purchase. That made our lives much easier by keeping us updated on our timeline. We now own a fantastic home that fits our personal needs in every sense and we could not be happier with how everything turned out.

Gail Sharpe helped us purchase our new home. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. She was instrumental in not only the purchase of our new home but in providing us guidance in selling our previous home. She was an advocate for us every step of the way, made sure to explain all of the complicated details in digestible ways, was very responsive, easy to get a hold of and always made time for us. Considering our seller was working with a less experienced agent I think Gail ended up doing twice the work to make this sale happen. I know this home wouldn't be ours had we not worked with someone as professional and knowledgeable about real estate. I would recommend anyone that has the opportunity to work with Gail, she truly is the best in the industry.

Gail Sharpe was the agent we selected to list our house the second time around. Although our previous agent was competent and represented our house adequately we feel that Gail is a superior agent for several reasons. First of all Gail is a driver. She explores deep with her clients whether they are Sellers or potential Buyers and she doesn't leave stones unturned. She has a dedicated assistant, Elyse, to cover some of the details while she focuses on the sale and marketing of your home. We originally met Gail at an open house and appreciated her openness and her understanding of the house she was showing. We have seen many open houses and have been less than impressed with some of the agents for their lack of knowledge of the property and also their lack of "pursuit" of the sale. I know that some people don't like to be "pestered" but the vast majority of buyers out there don't know what they are doing and they need someone like Gail to slow them down and investigate there needs to determine what they are truly trying to accomplish. The marketing of our home by Gail was exceptional. If we questioned a specific practice or lack of such she gave us a full, thorough and acceptable explanation for why she does things the way she does. I am well versed in the internet and the role it is playing with today's real estate buyers. Although they have a brand new, functional website, I find the Adashun Jones internet strategy as a bit lacking for several reasons but Gail makes up for the company's strategic marketing deficiencies with her drive to succeed and her hard work. That is not to say that Adashun Jones is poor at marketing properties. What it is saying is that most of the agencies out there are lacking when it comes to internet understanding and strategies. This can be displayed simply by their need to "piggyback" or depend on Trulia and Zillow for much of their internet exposure. You are allowing those companies to capture your customers when you do that. But I digress. Gail is one of the most successful agents in our area and the #2 highest seller for her agency. There is a real good reason for that. She is driven to succeed. And to quote theonce famous Avis ad campaign "When you are #2, You try harder".
