Carter and his team are the best cash home buying company in the area by far. I’ve worked with him in real estate for years and his honesty and kindness toward his clients is incredible. It’s not just about making a profit, they truly want to help people.
I recently sold my house through them. While the offer may not have been as high as I would have liked (my home did need quite a bit of updates though), they did come up a few thousand from their initial offer when negotiating to make it a more comfortable number. The process of selling after setting the purchase price was very stress free and was overall an extremely easy and lightning fast process compared to other cash for homes places in the area. Another Cash for Homes place took over a week for the initial lowball offer and then took 2 more weeks just trying to negotiate anything and answering any questions about the process and then stopped responding completely..... read full review
