I am giving them one star as you cannot give them less. They have been installing and removing our dock for the past 3 years. I returned the request form this year for service. After 5 calls and some emails I was told mod June that they did not want to do it this year as it was too difficult. (Again they have done the work in prior years and sent a service form to me) If I had not called they would not have reached out. The owner was very rude and gruff. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I am so angered by these people, SO RUDE and NEVER GAVE ME MY DOCK. I already have PAID yet my dock is NOWHERE TO BE SEEN. WONT ANSWER MY CALLS after trying to reach them for MONTHS.

I do not understand how they are still in business. Have been calling them for three months (March to June) at least once a week asking to put our deck for the summer. Every single time a rude women would say: "will do that at the end of this week". The job was never done. I understand if you are short staffed, I understand if you are overworked - just say it, just let people know you cannot do the job. Stop wasting everybody's time, I will go somewhere else. It is June and they stopped answering my calls at all, it goes straight to the voicemail. What kind of business is that? Lying, incompetent, ignorant people. I sincerely advice not even start anything with them.
