Jacki did an awesome job. She listened, followed instructions, and asked questions. She cleaned my whole apartment and the place smells so good! I'm excited to have her come back. Thank you, Jacki, and thank you, Village Caregiving.
I truly feel that my time and expertise are valued. They work closely with you, so you never feel like you’re doing things alone. The training they offer—whether you need it or just want extra support—is always available. No matter who I message, I receive a response very quickly. They collaborate with you to ensure the client gets the best possible outcome, and it never feels like it has to be done their way. They understand that you are working directly with the client, and they genuinely value your input.
Our caregiver, Valerie, has done a great job of taking care of my dad, being genuinely concerned about him, and watching out for any issues he might have. She's a great help also performing light household tasks and being willing to be flexible to give me respite time.
