“I have been going to Roland for years to prepare our small business taxes. He is very knowledgeable about taxes and current tax credits & laws. The reason he did not get 5 stars from me is he does not have voice mail or an email address to contact him. I think during this day/age it is vitally important for people to have access to a small business anyway possible. If you call his phone number it will ring and ring and ring. Really, you don't know if you are even calling the right number. There is no opportunity to leave a message or anything. To me, it is really quite annoying as I need to take time again to call back. Hopefully, he answers the 2nd time as I would need to call again. If you have questions or comments, you would have to call again.... I've asked for an email address and why he doesn't have voice mail. He said something like he wasn't good with technology. I actually am considering finding someone else who has at least voice mail or text messaging. Otherwise, great guy, great tax service done correctly & quickly.“
