I am positively blown over with the service I received from Shackelford HVAC tonight. There was a power surge in town and it affected my AC. I called late in the day and when they couldn’t help fix the problem over the phone, Mike to the time out of his night to replace my digital thermostat and with the electrical panel in the basement.
Rarely do you see this type of customer service any more. Highly recommend!!!
Wow! This past weekend was HOT and our A/C unit was down. We expected to wait until Monday, but Mike was here in just a few hours and got us up and running immediately! Thank you, Mike!
I can't say enough great things about the Schackelford team! They were fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone. Everything they promised to do was completed promptly and professionally. They even cleaned up after themselves, which was a nice touch!
