Cherokee Kennels has been family owned and operated since 1962 and is one of Madison’s only indoor /outdoor kennels. The kennel sits on over 70 secluded acres of woods, fields, and wetlands only 4 miles south of Madison. Our mission is to provide a safe and fun place for your pet while you are away or just for the day. We are dog lovers ourselves, so we want to provide you with peace of mind while you are away. We are one of the few boarding kennel set up's that offer small group play in our play areas. You don't have to worry about dogs going out in large groups. There are many options for pet care today, so we encourage you to tour all facilities that you are interested in, so that you are comfortable with where your pet is staying.
