I live on an acreage and draw my water from the lake. As I'm not allowed to trench into the lake, the line is heat-traced and shielded, but lies above grade at the shoreline. The heat-trace failed yesterday afternoon and I am too far away for a service call. I spoke with Mitch at Reinhardt Plumbing late yesterday afternoon. After a lengthy discussion he was able to provide me with some sage advice to help me determine and rectify the problem. His advice was perfect and, after about an hour of work in the cold, I was able to get the heat-trace and my water system to work again! Reinhard Plumbing graciously worked us in this week as we were leaving on Friday. Our plumber, Cal, installed our dishwasher with skill and a smile on his face. He's great at what he does and we're so happy he was able to service us!!

Reinhard has come to our rescue many times, once to replace a hot water heater, once to replace a pressure tank and once to determine our no water problem was electrical. I’ll never forget the last one because they stopped in early to see what the problem was, called an electrician friend to see if he could stop in on Memorial Day weekend of all times. He then brought over some flushing water and checked back in later in the day to see if our water had been restored! They’ve inspected our septic on short notice.
