We could not be happier with the service provided by Travis R. We use a heat pump and mini-splits to cool our home. The mini-splits have been leaking water in our home for three years. The original HVAC installer could not figure out the problem. I searched all over the internet for a solution and was unsuccessful. Travis fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and and then checked over the whole system to make sure it was operating at its highest efficiency. He then showed me the simple routine maintenance that needed to be done on the system to ensure it continued to operate well into the future. We're thrilled. Thanks Travis!!!
These guys set the bar for knowledge, service, quality, and deep pride in their work. Always go far beyond to ensure best experience! Great sense of urgency, fairness... they have installed all plumbing and fixtures, new septic system. I will always demand the best... H&N.
My furnace completely died on Monday afternoon, and they were able to get a completely new one installed by Wednesday afternoon. Dustin and John were both very professional, clean, and knowledgeable about their jobs. They were able to explain what was wrong, and what the causes could have been. They showed respect to my home while they were working in it. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.Service: Installation
