In tune with her students & has helped me to understand positions better as well as how to be more mindful and present while practicing yoga. Attended my first yoga session last night and I never once felt lost in what to do even though I was a newbie. I did, however, get lost in my movements and didn’t think about a care in the world for an hour. Thank you Peggy for being such an amazing and insightful teacher of your obvious love and grace. I thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait for the next session.
