“Dates of visit: August 7 + August 14, 2025 It never fails that a visit to the dermatologist is always something you schedule months in advance, which is always so odd to me considering that all of my derm appointments tend to be less 30 minutes or less. What is everyone else doing that takes so long!? At any rate, I really appreciated that I could use their text service to make an appointment; I spend a lot of my time in meetings and calls so finding uninterrupted time to make these kinds of requests can be tricky sometimes. Making matters worse was that I was traveling while trying to get an appointment for a spot on my face, making this service wonderful for me. Within seconds I was told that I had a cyst and we not only talked through options for removal, it was done then and there! I had to go back in a week to take out the sutures and that appointment actually took longer than the removal. I also got a call in-between appointments advising the status of the cyst, too, which I appreciated. Really the only issue I had was the intense bruising that occurred on my face that I wasn't warned about--it was so bad I was telling people that I may or may not be in a secret fight club! The nurse at the suture removal appointment seemed surprised by the bruising but didn't speak to it and it wasn't on the post-care sheet I received, either.“

“I started working with Alana in preparation for my wedding. When I first started working with her, my skin was the worst it had ever been. I have been working with Alana for about 11 months now and I can say that without a doubt, my skin is the best it’s ever been. She has helped me decrease scarring and I now rarely experience breakouts. Alana is so sweet and is extremely knowledgeable. My only regret is that I didn’t come see her sooner.“

The staff is wonderful and my nails look great even WEEKS after the manicure! They shine and do not lift. I have never had this type of nail product before (LCN Gel Nails) and they are kind to my nail bed which is important to me other gel types and acrylics have damaged my nails in the past.“

“Vanessa is such a delight! Not only is she incredibly skilled at her craft, her warmth and familiarity make me feel taken care of on a personal level. I have had a few sporadic facials before, but none of that made me or my skin feel and look so good! Vanessa helped me feel comfortable with the products that she uses, which seem very thoughtfully chosen, as I am bit of “crunchy” girl and often worry about what I put on my skin. Though I am going to keep going here, I initially wanted facials to help clear up my acne before my wedding. As a simple girl, I’m happy to say I “needed” to wear very little makeup on the big day and felt happy and confident with how I looked. If you’re choosing between facial locations, I highly recommend you give Vanessa a try first!

I would be willing to provide this company another chance. *** massage was great! I have no complaints about that service. But for the facial they offered a diamond service. I asked the price and was not told that it would be an additional fee to the facial cost. I didn't find out until I was told until i went to pay and questioned why the amount was so high. I told the receptionist that I was not told it was an added charge. I thought it was a different kind of facial. I will not be going back. I do not appreciate being blindsided.“
