RMES installed our system 3 weeks ago on April 30, 2026. We were very pleased with the entire process and the results. One of the best contractors we have ever used. Chase and Pierce did the installation and were so professional and thorough. They were very thoughtful about the final placement of the unit and utilized the perfect spot in an unused corner of our basement. The installation was very neat and efficient. We are also pleased with how well the outside matches and blends in with the exterior of the home. The radon numbers decreased significantly immediately after the installation and are staying around the 0.5 level or lower, just as they said it would.
Very satisfied with the job that RMES did on a radon mitigation system install. Installation went well and radon levels have plummeted. I was at 4.5 pci/L before install and I am already down to 0.3 pci/L the last 24 hours. The competition is a little cheaper but RMES has a much better warranty (5 year parts AND labor, not just parts). You get what you pay for. Wish I did this years ago!
When Paul did my estimate, I appreciated that he did not use scare tactics. He was confident and trustworthy and communicated well. Chase and his partner installed my mitigation system and left the job site clean. My short-term radon readings are below 1%. I haven't used the testing kit RMES left me, but my existing testing device continues to show lower readings.
