My home could not be more perfect, we moved in May 2024! Kings way was so enjoyable and helpful to work with building our custom home. They were very responsive to questions and concerns. The quality is pristine. We love our home!

I bought a "luxury" condo with a price to match. I was told they used high end materials. I have a patio door that won't lock half the time. it is either defective or poorly installed. I also have "security" lights on my garage that are suppose to be light sensitive but were on 24/7. I made multiple calls about this issue since I moved in February and they have been ignored. Not safe.

We love our beautiful 2021 custom built Kings Way home! Initial sales and contract development were handled very professionally and with our best interest in mind. Wonderful craftsmanship and attention to detail. Excellent architectural, exterior and interior design resources were provided.
