Imagining it is like for the other people, our AC didn’t start on the first use of the season right before the Memorial Day. They responded promptly to my request for an inspection and found out the control panel of the AC was fried and subsequently the panel of the fan on the furnace as well. They coordinated different teams of inspection, consultation/pricing and repair/installation services in three days to complete the whole thing right before the Memorial Day weekend and saved us from the heat waves!
