With the new owner of US nails, when calling for appointment, how do you know who it is when you don't ask a name. What would happen if I needed to cancel or change my appointment? I could have just walked in and said my appointment was at noon, even though I didn't have one, cause you didn't take my name. I do love the work Lisa does. She never disappointments!
