This building was we'll kept and clean! They had ample space, and brand new locker rooms. The cardio machines a re a little out dated, they don't connect to fitness watches. And they were missing a few "standard" cable machines. I did a day pass to work out with my sister. Not sure how often I'd be back at $10/day. But the facility is nice for anyone looking for a membership.

Is hiring a personal trainer worth the investment? 110%! The best investment you can make is in yourself. I love training with Jessica because I have been able to develop skills of discipline, resiliency, overcoming challenges, and pushing myself beyond my comfort zone while learning the value of never giving up, consistency, and perseverance. This has enabled me to grow not only in my physical strength, but has also led to these strengths being more developed in other areas of my life due to this life training. I joined this club when it first opened a long time ago and then started working out and home and let my membership expire. I joined Planet Fitness a few years ago and love it - nice and clean and a great selection of equipment but the dealmaker for me is the free tanning and waterbed massage beds. But, I heard FLAC got new equipment and I tried it out - it's really an exceptional place.
