The atmosphere is calming and relaxing, and smells really good! There is a little room called the library that you can relax in and have a cup of tea while you wait for your service. The bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!We were visiting during a blizzard. A lot of places were closed but Kim was open and we were still able to have a spa day!“
