“Great experience with 5 Alarm, both carpet and vinyl. I damaged my new vinyl moving a fridge 2 days after install. Josh was amazing getting Adam back to repair in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend 5 Alarm, great people, great service and extremely fair with pricing.”
“We were so happy with the service we received at Carpets Plus in Janesville. Jace was very helpful and knowledgeable in the show room. He was at our house within 24 hours to measure and submit our order. The installation team was installing our carpet a week later. The installation team was quick and efficient. They cleaned up very well after installation. They were courteous and friendly throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Carpets Plus for future flooring needs.”
