I called about my asthmatic cat, knowing it was a longshot for an appointment since I am new to the area, just moved here 2 months ago. No surprise, no appointments and the CSR said 'oh for new patients it wouldn't be until January.' I replied 'well that's too long for a cat with asthma, do you know of any other reputable clinics in the area?' Their reply was 'yes, its too long to wait, and no we do not know anyone else.' That was it! No care, no further information. Just nope - not even a 'sorry we couldn't get you in.' This clinic claims to be one of the top in the nation per AAHA - but the owner is on the board of directors at AAHA so that's not surprising. I worked the last 6 years as a CSR at a Vet Clinic and am appalled by the lack of care by the front desk staff. I didnt mind there wasn't an appointment but its the treatment from the front desk staff that speaks volumes for how your care behind the treatment doors is going to go. Please call Animal Hospital of Oshkosh, its worth the drive.

Staff is amazing. I’ve been taking my pets here since I was a kid, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. You can really tell that everyone you come in contact with is truly happy to be there and help you and your animals.

I have always had nothing but amazing experiences here from staff to cleanliness to the care of my animals. My family has always taken our family pets here and I’ve never once been disappointed. I love going to a place that respect my concerns for my pets and is able to help and guide me in directions when I ask so I can be the best pet parent. Not only that my pets are not anxious or scared they are calm and happy and love all the staff. I will never take my pet anywhere else.

We have taken all 3 of our dogs to Country Hills for wellness, illness, chronic condition, and injury care. They have been with us through puppyhood, senior care, and end of life decisions. Can’t imagine finding a more compassionate staff. We have trusted Dr. Thompson with all of our furry family members because his knowledge, skill, and communication are first rate. We travel over an hour to get to the clinic because we can’t imagine letting anyone else care for our pets.

I just took my puppy for her first visit here and we had the best experience! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and informative. You can tell they genuinely care. They made our first visit easy and enjoyable. I’m glad we chose Country Hills!
