I had a great experience at the salon, even with a small scheduling error. I had called a few days ago to book an appointment for 9 AM today, but when I arrived, I was told I wasn’t even in the system. Thankfully, the owner, Denise, was incredibly friendly and accommodating as she was able to get me scheduled for later the same day at 3 PM.
When I came back, I was taken care of by Moriah, who was wonderful. She was very gentle, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and did a fantastic job on my hair. Despite the initial hiccup, I left feeling very satisfied with both the service and the results. I will definitely be coming back! :)
Though I appear calm on the outside being in public gives me extreme anxiety. I felt comfortable from the first hello when I walked in. Ashley made me feel at ease and almost happy to be out among people. She did an amazing job with my hair, I've never left a salon 100% happy until now! Ashley listened to my ideas and provided her own suggestions and together we came up with a style that suits me perfectly! Completely satisfied! Will definitely be back!
just got home from my cut & style with nicole. she did an amazing job. my hair looks, smells, and feels awesome! she dried and curled it for me before i left and i love it. HIGHLY recommend her!! :)
