Was really good at first. Then, he stopped communicating well during Covid. You could never have a real conversation. Everything was via email. This year, after being gone for the winter, I got a letter a month before tax time that he could no longer do my taxes. The problem is I was in Florida & didn’t see the letter until 2 weeks ago. Now, I can’t find anyone to help me because everyone else is busy with current clients. Guess I’ll be filing my own extension & winging it until I can find someone else. Where's the freaking customer service? Nowhere to be find near this business! Don't waste your time here, take your business to someone that actually wants to keep customers around. Shame on you for treating me so poorly!

We have had Greg Solfest doing our taxes for close to 30 years, may be more than that too. As a client of Greg's, it is really nice to have his advice on tax matters that pop ur throughout the year. I am never afraid to call him with tax questions on financial planning.My financial advisor has told my he does an excellent job. Greg is always professional and thorough. I have never had any problems with my taxes.
