I have been working with people ready for 3 years as my main/supplemental income depending on the season. As a construction worker, PeopleReady gives me the flexibility to work as much or as little as I want. I wasn't expecting to work at a temp agency as much as I do but the staff is so kind and charismatic and the pay is great. Whenever I need a little extra money for a purchase (same-day-pay is a life-saver), being able to call in or go on their app to see what jobs are available is so convenient too.

I started working at people ready in December of 25. I got hired on at the job Ryan set me up with. I enjoyed working for Ryan he was always there to answer a question.
After experiencing a few issues over the weekend—not with the company I was working for or with PeopleReady, but related to other circumstances—the Eau Claire branch went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get home safely and resolve any remaining concerns. I truly appreciate the outstanding support and assistance from the entire team at the Eau Claire location. Thank you!
