I was really stressed about my computer randomly turning off since I work from home. I messaged Mike and he got me in right away. He replaced my PSU and it works perfectly now. He went above and beyond for my computer needs. I won’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Excellent service! I was going to buy a new laptop because I typically get the best.. however I'm on a budget so figured I would just ask Mike if he could help me out with a refurbished performance machine. It is for the purpose of running CAD/CAM and some other heavy duty 3D programs.. Within 1 business day he said it's ready and I now have a better product than I could have bought new.. He knew exactly what I needed and the chance to be dealing with a real person is a real blessing in this day and age especially with technology. like I said I normally just buy new but now l feel great about the choice to go refurbished with MAD! Mike went above and beyond to fix my computer for me! He was very thorough with explaining each new part he added to my PC and had it fixed and ready to go the next day!
