We worked with Bill Boetcher for supporting a beam in our basement. He was prompt in his responses, giving us an initial advice (based on our measurements) over the phone on how to support it. He then gave us a detailed drawing of a structural support working with us to ensure that the window wasn't obstructed by the support. He was also available to answer our questions about the hardware and installation and after installation, he followed up with a visit to check that everything was done correctly. We greatly enjoyed working with him and appreciate his expertise.
