Nicole never gave up on me. I can't say that about most people in my life. I was a difficult case and she hit the grind until she found something for me. When I was discouraged, she always made sure lift my spirits back up. She didn't let me give up. Just when I gave up and she came through for me. She made it as easy as possible. Took care of all my appointments and was always very kind, relaxed and I was happy to work with her. She showed me respect. Something I take seriously.
