Can you re-teach how to shampoo correctly? I pay for a “shampooing” I want 2 soap-ups and one condition. She didn’t even get the back of my head. Like, ALL the hair needs washing. Some people are not just asking so they don’t have to do it themselves. Some people have had surgeries and can’t get incisions wet for a while and that “shampooing” IS the main wash for them until they can submerge those healing incisions. Scrub them up good! Get it all!
Also wanted a blow dry. She blew for a few minutes then wanted me to look at it and made it seem like she didn’t want to go too far blowing if I wanted her to fix anything… I said it looks good.

Had a great haircut and a nice conversation with my stylist
It's called GREAT clips for a reason, they could have named it good clips but they didn't.
Now go get your hair cut!
I usually get a decent haircut at a decent price but I find the check-in policy ridiculous. Once again, I sat outside the store for 15 minutes waiting in my car and at the last second five other people ran up to the door and then by the time I get in, there's a 30 minute wait even though I already waited 15 minutes, and for some reason, the online check-in opens 5 minutes AFTER the store opens. It really seems it should open 10 minutes before the store, or that there should be a ticket number you can grab ahead or something. It's a very frustrating system, but the rest of the day it works fine... It's only poorly set up for the first appointments of the day.
