Dr. Carrie is very thorough and is wonderful with the kids explaining everything and making our visits a very relaxing experience and the rest of the staff does a great job when it's time to choose frames, cleaning, adjustments etc. Even the after purchase service is fantastic I stopped by with a broken screw and my frames were quickly repaired and cleaned as good as new!
