Will is knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and a great communicator! I called because our furnace had stopped working and Will came by within a couple hours. He quickly identified the issue and troubleshooted it with a temporary fix while we waited for the new part to come in. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and gave me a recommendation for a better air filter that wouldn't be so hard on my furnace motor. He was super friendly and personable. I can't recommend Environmental Systems enough. They do great work!

We had a great experience with the work they did on the furnace and the replacement of the air conditioner at our rental. It was done in a timely manner as well. We felt we could trust them and were treated honestly and fairly.

We've used Environmental Systems for a long time, probably 20 years when Doug first installed air conditioner and new furnace. His son Will has the same high customer service.Our gas furnace went out this morning and with the deep freeze and high winds going on, Will came out in a few hours and replaced the igniter that chose to go out.
