I reached out to Dr Ray, a Neurologist at this facility about my medical health, and anger that just started appearing, seemingly out of nowhere. I arrived 2 hrs early for my appointment with my wife. When our time came, we interviewed with a nurse and we're left in an exam room. An hour and a half later, we were informed that Dr Ray had stepped out on an "emergency ", which evidently included lunch, as we saw her entering the lobby from the parking lot. My antidepressants and antianxiety meds backfired a few days later, ruining my life. Since then, all I have received is belligerent, and animosity from her and the front desk staff. They even tried to hold on to my Driving Skills results for an extra six months, so I couldn't drive, or rent a car for travel. Okay Doc. If that is how it is...See you in Court. Lie to a Judge for a change. I refuse to deal with shifty people.

Sat in the ER for 5 hours with chest pains and heart palpitations, more than 10 people went back before me and I just sat in pain. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else. They don't care about urgent things, they want you to sit and deal with your issues. Letting someone go back with foot pain before even checking up on me for a WEIRDLY BEATING HEART AND TIGHT CHEST.

Overpriced. Nice facility and everyone was friendly enough but they billed me double the amount that my regular cancer clinic does in Minnesota. I was looking for a new Oncologist closer to home and I was billed $800 to have the doctor tell me that he doesn't have the right skill set to take over my treatment. The bill for labs was about average but they don't get lab results very fast. Why see the doctor if he can't see your lab results and talk about them?
