Couldn't figure out why my USB ports weren't working. Turns out they just weren't plugged in. These guys fixed it in no time and the price was a lot less than I expected. Very friendly and courteous. I called with a question and it was immediately clear I was not going to be a high-paying client. The tech spent quite a bit of time volunteering his expertise, even giving me free information on how I could fix the problem myself for free. I'm absolutely satisfied at this time.
Bear in mind when you do have a sincere problem that there is a minimum payment amount regardless of what you have done. Wonderful service. My computer was too old to stay current, and he was able to transfer all my files onto a refurbished computer that he had available for a very decent price. It only took two days to complete what I needed. He explained everything very easily for me to understand, which I appreciated since I am not very knowledgeable with technology. I highly recommend using their service. I am extremely satisfied.
