New customer and very happy! Needed new furnace service as old one went out of business. CCS was highly recommended and I'm very pleased with service. Clay was very informative abt what he was doing and assured me furnace was ready for another Wisconsin winter! Highly recommend CCS for any furnace needs.

Had issues with AC tripping a breaker. Two different service calls were performed by CCS, but the issue persisted. A third service call finally fixed the issue. I was expecting a large bill due to multiple hours of tech service and diagnosis, but was pleasantly surprised when the bill came and the only charge was for the last visit ($150). Had used CCS one other time for an annual cleaning/inspection. They do great work and are extremely fair and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend CCS enough! They came through after another company botched a service call! They were quick, efficient and very professional. They were personable, kind and walked me through what they were doing! They diagnosed the problem almost immediately and had it fixed within the hour. They did not try to upsell and charge me for things that didn’t need to be fixed. Very honest and hard working technicians!
