We had our house re-roofed about 15 years ago by a company I won't name since I'm not reviewing them here. The house had never had gutters so they added them at that time. As soon as the gutters were on we started having problems during the winter. Melting snow would drip onto the walk in front of the front door and freeze. All winter there was an inch of ice in front of the door, making it unusable and dangerous. When I called the company that did the roofing they sent someone out. Without ever leaving the sidewalk, he told us that the gutters were just as they should be and he had no ideas to fix the problem. Jared and his team arrived to replace two gutter end-caps and seal them up for us. Not only did they do that, they took the gutters completely down and repositioned to them to ensure proper drainage - and did it amazingly fast! 5Stars for Jared and the Anderson team!
